About us
DDCOM Engineering LLP — design and construction
On the market since 2007. We deliver the full cycle: design, construction and installation, and complete supply — all under a single contractor. With our own in-house team of engineers and installers, we never subcontract the project away and see it through to client handover. Our head office is in Almaty, and we deliver projects across Kazakhstan — from plants near Almaty and in Astana to facilities in the country's western regions.
Our clients include international corporations from Korea and China and state-owned companies: for them we built the KIA, Astana Motors and KT&G plants, and carried out works for Embamunaigas and KEGOC.

What we design and build
The full cycle or individual stages. Whatever you choose, the scope of work and the estimate are fixed in the contract.
Design & engineering
Technological design, working and concept drawings, geological and geodetic surveys. Design and construction under one contractor — no information lost between stages.
Steel structures
Fabrication and installation of steel structures, welding works. The load-bearing frame of workshops and buildings — from drawing to on-site assembly by our own installers.
Concrete works
Concrete and reinforced-concrete works of any complexity with load calculation. Foundations, floor slabs, monolithic structures — for industrial and civil facilities.
Scaffolding installation
Scaffolding installation with engineering support: wind-load and load calculation, safety to standards. We also rent out scaffolding — with delivery and installation.
Electrical & low-current systems
Power and low-current systems: fiber optics, lightning protection, fire suppression, CCTV, I&C. The facility receives a ready, tested loop of utility networks.
Pipe installation
Installation of pipelines, including high-pressure ones, and steam boiler tie-ins. We carry out system testing and hand them over with documentation.
Cathodic corrosion protection
Corrosion protection for oil and gas pipelines, marine jetties and reinforced-concrete structures — for oil-and-gas and infrastructure facilities.
Roads & landscaping
Asphalting, in-field and access roads, greening and landscaping of territories — from oil-and-gas haul roads to lawns in city parks.

What kinds of facilities do you build?
Industrial, residential and commercial facilities. We build turnkey plants (KIA, Astana Motors, KT&G, Goldcard), multi-apartment residential complexes, retail and business centers, as well as infrastructure facilities — roads and networks for oil and gas and power.
Do you work outside Almaty?
Yes, across all of Kazakhstan. Our head office is in Almaty, but we run projects nationwide: from automotive plants and residential complexes to industrial infrastructure for Embamunaigas and KEGOC. Mobilization costs for remote sites are accounted for in the estimate up front.
Do you do design and construction together?
Yes, we work the full cycle under a single contractor: design (including surveys and technological design), construction and installation, and complete supply of materials and equipment. There is no need to look for a separate designer, a separate builder and a separate supplier.
How is the estimate prepared?
We prepare the estimate after the design — once the exact scope of work, the structural design and the materials are clear. The cost and deadlines are fixed in the contract. Before signing, you see the full list of works and the price, with no hidden lines.
What guarantees do you provide?
Warranty obligations are set in the contract for each facility: on the works performed and the structures. The scope and term of the warranty depend on the type of facility and are agreed before the work starts — all written into the contract, not promised verbally.
