The full cycle of work under one roof
Turnkey Construction
We take on the entire construction cycle: from earthworks to final finishes and landscaping. One contract, one accountable team and a fixed price with no hidden extras.
Engineering Systems & Utilities
We design and install heating, ventilation, water supply, electrical and low-voltage networks. We select equipment to match each project's needs and budget, then handle commissioning and ongoing service.
Renovation & Major Repairs
We upgrade and reinforce existing buildings: layout changes, replacement of utility networks, facade and roofing work. We carry out structural surveys and, wherever possible, work without shutting the building down.

A firm that stands behind the result
DDCom Engineering is a full-cycle engineering company based in Almaty. Since 2014 we have been designing and building residential complexes, business centers, industrial and logistics facilities across Kazakhstan.
We brought an architectural studio, an engineering department and our own construction crews together under one roof. A single team is responsible for the result — from the first sketch to the handover of keys — so our clients never have to hunt for and coordinate contractors.
We work under a contract with a fixed price and a fixed schedule: the cost never changes mid-project, and penalties apply for every day of delay. That is how we turn construction from a risk into a predictable process.

Inquiry & Consultation
You send a request — we visit the site or meet you at our office. We clarify your goals, budget and timeline, and give you a preliminary project estimate.

Design & Budget
We prepare the architectural concept, detailed design documentation and an itemized budget. You see the final cost before construction begins.

Fixed-Price Contract
The contract locks in the cost, the work schedule and each party's responsibilities. The price does not change during construction.

Construction & Quality Control
All work is carried out by our own crews under the supervision of our engineers. Weekly photo reports and site access whenever you want it.

Handover & 5-Year Warranty
We hand over the facility complete with as-built documentation and operating instructions. All completed work is covered by a 5-year warranty.
