We sign a contract that locks in the price, the work schedule, and each party's responsibilities — including penalties for delays.
We build to schedule. Technical supervision signs off on every stage, and you receive weekly photo reports from the site.
We hand over the building with as-built documentation and operating instructions. All work is covered by a 5-year warranty.
