We develop concepts, schematic and detailed designs for residential, commercial and industrial buildings. We guide projects through expert review and approvals, and prepare a complete documentation package compliant with Kazakhstan's building codes.
We take on the entire cycle — from groundworks to interior finishing and landscaping. In-house crews, technical supervision and daily photo records at every stage.
We design and install heating, ventilation, water supply, electrical and low-voltage networks. We select equipment to fit the project budget and carry out full commissioning.
We upgrade and reinforce existing buildings: structural surveys, layout changes, utility replacement and facade work. Wherever possible — without taking the building out of service.
02 — About Us
DDCom Engineering is a full-cycle design-and-build company based in Almaty. Since 2014 we have been designing and building residential complexes, business centers, manufacturing and logistics facilities across Kazakhstan — from concept and detailed documentation through to commissioning.
Our strength is the pairing of a design bureau with our own construction division. Architects, structural engineers, MEP specialists and site managers work as one team, so every design decision is immediately checked for buildability and cost. That rules out rework and budget creep on site.
We engineer our processes as precisely as our buildings: digital document workflows, photo records of concealed work, weekly client reports and full financial transparency at every stage.

04 — Work Stages
Five stages, every one of them fixed in the contract. You always know what is happening on site and what comes next.
You send an inquiry — we get back to you within an hour, clarify the brief and, if needed, visit the site.
We prepare the design and a detailed, stage-by-stage cost estimate. You see the price of every type of work before signing the contract.
We lock in the price, the schedule and each party's responsibilities. The price does not change during construction.
We build on schedule under technical supervision. Concealed work is documented with sign-off reports and online photo records.
We hand over the facility with complete as-built documentation. Warranty service covers all types of work for 5 years.
05 — Advantages
The price is locked into the contract and stays unchanged throughout construction — no budgets that mysteriously “grow” by the finish line.
The schedule is part of the contract, with a separate clause setting penalties for every day of delay — so for us, deadlines are law.
Engineers, site managers and construction crews are all on our own payroll. We don't depend on subcontractors — and we answer for the result ourselves.
Every type of work we perform is covered by a 5-year warranty. If anything needs attention, we come back and fix it at our own expense.
